Yitna's academic background is in educational technology with writing instruction as his content area. He has researched and developed teaching technology tools for use by the faculty he advises. Yitna also teaches educational technology courses periodically in the Curry School.

Anne facilitates the Teaching+Technology Support Partner Program, and has researched and developed educational tools in her work with TTI fellows. She has a Ph.D. in Slavic Languages and Literatures, and teaches East Slavic folklore courses for the Slavic department.

John Alexander is the Manager of ITC's Instructional Technology Group and an experienced UVa instructor. From offices in the UVa Digital Media Lab in Clemons Library, John's group works with TTI fellows to bring their projects to fruition. The group members are trained by discipline and by interest to listen very deeply to the pedagogical concerns of participating faculty and to find the best solution available.
